Crocs competing in the Mooloolaba Triathlon - March 2011

The next Club Croc training day is being held on the Gold Coast on Saturday 26th November.

We will depart from Burleigh Heads Surf Club for a 3 hours ride (with a visit to NSW) followed by an ocean swim (with open water swimming tips) finishing with a short run.

All sessions will be run by Club Croc coach Brad Beven.

WHEN?: Saturday 26th November. The ride will start at6AM. The swim will start around 9:30AM. People can attend one, two or all the sessions.



WHERE:   Meet at Burleigh Heads Surf Life Saving Club (Corner Goodwin Terrace and Gold Coast Highway, Burleigh Heads).



HOW MUCH?  Free for everyone. (member and potential members)
